All magazine rebuild kits are disassembled to its basic parts, in a non-functional state that cannot be used in a firearm. They can be used to replace broken parts in old magazines that are legally owned, or reassembled for use when/where legal to do so.

These are superb mags and they helped repair some of my faulty ones that were basically non existent and provided parts for some. 50 Beowulf 10 rd mags. A great service for some of us in states that make it hard to get parts, shipping was lightning fast.
